United States Third Circuit
US v. Stanley, 13-1910
The district court's order denying defendant's motion to suppress evidence that he was in possession of child pornography is affirmed, where the use of a device called a "MoocherHunter" by a Pennsylvania State Police officer to trace defendant's wireless signal from a neighbor's unsecured wireless router to its source inside defendant's home, was not a search within the meaning of the Fourth Amendment.
