New sentences imposed on four defendants following a remand for resentencing, for offenses related to their participation in a conspiracy to defraud banks, are: 1) vacated in part as to the order of restitution against defendant Smith, where the district court exceeded the scope of this Court's mandate when it revisited its initial order of restitution; but 2) otherwise affirmed.
