Cardionet Inc. v. Cigna Health Corp., 13-2496

In an action against defendant-health insurer challenging its decision to no longer cover plaintiffs' medical devices that allow physicians to monitor cardiac arrhythmias in patients not confined to the hospital, the district court's judgment granting defendant's motion to compel arbitration is vacated and remanded, where none of plaintiffs' claims, either direct or derivative, fall within the arbitration clause under the parties' agreement.
