United States Third Circuit

Zhu v. Attorney General United States, 13-2207

A petition for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) denying petitioner's motion to reopen her removal proceedings is granted, where the BIA's opinion did not reflect meaningful consideration of much of the evidence that petitioner submitted in support of her motion, and therefore the matter is remanded for a more thorough review and explanation as to whether petitioner's evidence is authentic and, if so, whether it establishes a material change in country conditions.
