United States Third Circuit
US v. Cortez-Dutrieville, 13-2266
The district court's denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence seized from the home of the mother of his child is affirmed, where the district court properly found that defendant was prohibited from entering the home as a result of a protection order and thus lacked standing to challenge the search of the home and his overnight bag.
