United States Third Circuit
US v. Golson, 13-1416
The district court's denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence is affirmed, where: 1) the district court did not err in concluding that the Anticipatory Warrant was issued by the Magistrate pursuant to an investigation under state law, which is not governed by the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and thus not a violation thereof; and 2) the district court correctly concluded that the four-day seizure of the parcel containing drugs by federal postal inspectors was reasonable.
