United States Third Circuit
George v. Rehiel, 11-4292
In an action against agents from the Transportation Security Administration and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in which plaintiff claims that said federal defendants violated his First and Fourth Amendment rights during an airport screening, the district court's denial of defendants' motion to dismiss is vacated and remanded, where defendants were entitled to qualified immunity because plaintiff's factual allegations do not establish that any individual federal official violated his clearly established rights under the First or Fourth Amendment.
