American Civil Liberties Union v. FBI, 12-4345
The district court's judgment allowing the FBI to withhold 284 pages of responsive material pursuant to certain exemptions under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is affirmed, where: 1) ample evidence supported the district court’s conclusion that the FBI satisfied its burden under Exemption 7A of the FOIA; and 2) the district court did not abuse its discretion by conducting an in camera review.
