The orders confirming debtor's Chapter 11 Plan in bankruptcy and approving the trust and channeling injunction for the payment of property damage claims arising out of asbestos litigation against the debtor, are affirmed, where: 1) the plan meets the requirements of 11 U.S.C. section 524(g); 2) the Plan treats claimant sufficiently equally to other members of the same class to meet the requirements of sections 524(g) and 1123(a)(4); 3) the district court properly concluded that the Plan was proposed in good faith; and 4) the Plan is feasible.
