US v. Figueroa, 12-3575

Defendant's convictions and sentence for conspiracy to deprive others of civil rights and substantive civil rights violations relating to incidents during his work as a police officer, are affirmed, where: 1) the district court did not err in applying the drug distribution sentencing guideline to defendant's civil rights violations because defendant engaged in distribution of narcotics; 2) the district court did not err in its evidentiary rulings or jury instructions; and 3) defendant's sentence was substantively reasonable.
