Al-Sharif v. US Citizenship and Immigration Services, 12-2767

Summary judgment for defendant denying plaintiff's citizenship application is affirmed, where: 1) Nugent v. Ashcroft, 367 F.3d 162 (3d Cir. 2004) is no longer good law; and 2) the district court did not err when it held that plaintiff was not entitled to citizenship by virtue of his 1993 conviction for conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
