In re: Asbestos Prod Liability Litigation, 12-2061
In Asbestos Multidistrict Litigation cases, dismissal of the claims of twelve Plaintiffs for non-compliance with the district court's Administrative Order No. 12 is affirmed, where: 1) said plaintiffs' submissions pursuant to the Order were deficient because they failed to include specific histories of plaintiffs' exposure to asbestos as required; and 2) the district court did not abuse its discretion in dismissing the claims with prejudice.
