Guidotti v. Legal Helpers Debt Resolution, 12-1170

The district court's order denying defendants' motion to compel arbitration in putative class action in which plaintiff alleged that defendants defrauded her in their provision of debt adjustment services, is vacated and remanded, where the record before the district court was insufficient to prove that there was no genuine dispute of material fact as to whether the defendants and plaintiff agreed to arbitrate.
