Burton v. Teleflex Incorporated, 11-3752

Summary judgment for defendant-employer is: 1) reversed and remanded on plaintiff's discrimination and breach of contract claims, where the record clearly demonstrates that a dispute of material fact exists as to whether plaintiff resigned or was terminated; but 2) affirmed on plaintiff's claims for breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, wrongful interference with contractual relations, and defamation because plaintiff has not demonstrated disputes of material fact as to these remaining state law claims.
