United States Third Circuit

US v. Pavulak, 11-3863

Defendant's conviction for child pornography-related offenses and a mandatory sentence of life-imprisonment are affirmed where although the affidavit was insufficient to establish probable cause for child pornography, the district court properly denied defendant's motion for suppression because the officers reasonably relied on the warrants in good faith.
