United States Third Circuit

US v. Knight, 11-2037

Defendant's conviction for perjury arising out of false statements made at a suppression hearing is affirmed where: 1) the admission of the disputed evidence was relevant and not unfairly prejudicial; 2) district court's denial of defendant's motion for acquittal was appropriate; and 3) the district court did not commit clear error in finding that the perjury was in relation to the criminal offense in determining her sentence.
