US v. Turlington, 11-2586
District court's judgment revoking defendant's term of supervised release and imposition of a sixty-months' imprisonment are affirmed where: 1) the district court was correct to sentence defendant based on the original classification of the underlying offense as a class A felony; and 2) the district court did meaningfully consider the section 3553(a) factors when arriving at the five-year term of imprisonment.
