United States Third Circuit

In a conviction of pipe foundry company and several of its employees for various crimes, including conspiring to commit a host of environmental pollution and worker safety violations, attempting to cover up or imepde federal investigation of those violations, and violations of the Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act, the final convictions, judgments and sentences of the district court is affirmed in all respects where defendants' various arguments are without merit.
