Munchinski v. Wilson, 11-3416

The district court's grant of defendant's petition for habeas relief from his 1986 murder convictions based on several articles of exculpatory evidence that were unlawfully withheld by the prosecution, is affirmed where: 1) the district court appropriately tolled the statute of limitations; 2) defendant did not procedurally default his claims; and 3) defendant has demonstrated his actual innocence by clear and convincing evidence as required by section 2244(b)(2)(B)(ii).
