In a conviction of defendant for possession with intent to distribute cocaine base, district court's denial of a motion to suppress evidence is affirmed, as given the combination of the rundown exterior, the "always open" door, the trashed interior, and the extended observations over time, the officers were reasonable in their mistaken belief that the house was abandoned, and as such, the warrantless search was permitted under the Fourth Amendment.
