United States Third Circuit

McBride v. SCI Houtzdale, 11-2480

District court's denial of defendant's petition for habeas relief from his murder conviction is affirmed, as the trial court's finding that certain references by the prosecution did not implicate any post-arrest silence and its implicit conclusion that trial counsel did not act unreasonably by not objecting, was not an unreasonable application of Strickland.
