The district court's judgment affirming the bankruptcy court's order converting the debtors' Chapter 11 bankruptcy case to a Chapter 7 on the ground that its plan is patently unconfirmable is affirmed, as a bankruptcy court has the authority to determine at the disclosure statement stage that a Chapter 11 plan is unconfirmable without first holding a confirmation hearing.
