Nationwide Life Ins. Co. v. Commonwealth Land Titile Ins. Co., 11-3123
In a suit against an insurance company for denial of a claim for coverage in connection with a shopping mall, district court's judgment in favor of the plaintiff is affirmed, as the American Land Title Association 9 Endorsement (ALTA) provides coverage to losses arising from entire instruments that fit within its plain language, and not just the section (b)(2) restrictions within those instruments that have not been expressly excepted.
