In a petition for habeas relief, the District Court's denial of petition for is affirmed where it properly concluded that: 1) the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) did not abuse its discretion in reaching the determination that a 5 to 6 month placement is of sufficient duration to account for petitioner's history; and 2) petitioner was unable to demonstrate that the BOP failed to comply with the Federal prisoner reentry initiative.
