A sentence given to a public official for accepting a bribe is affirmed against a challenge to the application of an enhancement pursuant to section 2C1.2(b)(3) of the Sentencing Guidelines for being a government official in a high-level decision-making or sensitive position, where: 1) the proper standard for review of the district court's enhancement decision is clear error; and 2) the district court did not clearly err in finding the defendant subject to the enhancement.
