In an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing, on summary judgment, plaintiff's challenge to defendant's ordinance prohibiting the posting of signs on street poles, judgment is affirmed where the ordinance passes constitutional muster under the First, Fourteenth, and Twenty-Fourth Amendments.
