United States Third Circuit

Reilly v. Ceridian Corp., 11-1738

In an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing plaintiffs' putative class-action for lack of standing, judgment is affirmed where plaintiffs failed to plead specific facts demonstrating Article III standing because their allegations of an increased risk of identity theft as a result of a database security breach are only hypothetical, future injuries.
