Conviction and sentencing of defendant for criminal conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, 21 U.S.C. section 846, are upheld where the district court correctly classified a crime he committed at the age of sixteen as a "prior felony conviction" under USSG section 4B1.2.
