US v. Salinas-Cortez, 11-1580

In an appeal from a judgment of the district court denying defendant's motion to reconsider, upon remand, a sentence as originally-imposed, judgment is reversed where the court erred in rejecting evidence of post-sentencing rehabilitation as permitted under US v.
