United States Third Circuit
Burtch v. CIT Group Commercial Servs. Inc., 10-2818
In an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing plaintiff's Sherman Act complaint for illegal price fixing and illegal group boycott in the garment industry, judgment is affirmed because: 1) plaintiff failed to adequately plead Section 1 violations; and 2) denying him leave to amend was not an abuse of discretion.
