US v. Lewis, 10-4460
In an appeal from a judgment of the district court sentencing appellant to an enhanced term of 96 months in prison for committing an offense while on pretrial release, 18 U.S.C section 3147, and other related offenses, judgment is: 1) vacated where because Section 3147 is not a separate offense, but a sentencing enhancement, defendant's conviction on that statute was plainly erroneous; but 2) affirmed otherwise.
