US v. Siddons, 10-1350
Sentence for various types of fraud and denial of motion to withdraw guilty plea for abuse of discretion are affirmed where: 1) there was no "fair and just reason" justifying the withdrawal of the plea; 2) a four-level enhancement under section 2B1.1(b)(16)(A) was not an ex post facto violation; 3) a two-level obstruction of justice enhancement was not in error; and 4) the upward variance to 180 months was reasonable.
