In an appeal from a judgment of the district court granting declaratory relief to appellee at the summary judgment stage in a policy claim, judgment is reversed because the court erred where appellants, not appellee, were entitled to summary adjudication on the choice-of-law issue but affirmed on the court's grant of summary judgment to appellee on appellant's counterclaim of bad faith in denial of insurance coverage.
