American Automobile Insurance Co. v. Meloni, 09-1106
In an appeal from a judgment of the district court granting appellee's motion for summary judgment and declaratory relief in a liability coverage dispute arising from a wrongful death action, judgment is affirmed where the court correctly held that appellee's insured, an insurance agent, is not covered under its professional liability policy.
