US v. Bryant, 09-3243

Conviction and sentencing of defendants on public corruption charges are affirmed where: 1) sufficient evidence supported each of the counts of conviction; 2) the trial court committed no error in its jury instructions for honest services fraud; 3) the trial court did not abuse its discretion in admitting certain testimony; and 4) restitution order was proper.
