Litman v. Cellco Partnership, 08-4103
In an appeal from a district court order compelling plaintiffs' to arbitrate their class-action contract claims on an individual rather than a class-wide basis, judgment of the district court is affirmed where the state law at law at issue, which requires the availability of classwide arbitration, creates a scheme inconsistent with the Federal Arbitration Act.
