Conviction and sentencing of defendant for offenses arising out of his role as the organizer of a drug trafficking ring is upheld with respect to the judgment and upheld on sentencing except with respect to certain drug distribution counts under 21 U.S.C. Section 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(C).
