In an interlocutory criminal appeal involving the validity of the seizure of evidence from the defendant's home based on a warrant for evidence of child sexual assault, judgment of the trial court granting defendant's motion to suppress is affirmed where: 1) appellate jurisdiction rests on 48 U.S.C. section 1613; and 2) seizure of evidence of child pornography was invalid as it exceeded the scope of the search warrant.
