United States Third Circuit

US v. Correa, 10-2199

Conviction and sentencing of defendant for being a felon in possession of a firearm are upheld where the district court correctly denied defendant's motion to suppress a gun found on him following a warrantless search because defendant lacked an objectively reasonable expectation of privacy in the common areas of a locked, multi-unit apartment building.
