In a mortgage foreclosure dispute based on diversity jurisdiction, judgment of the district court is reversed where it erred in granting Indenture Trustee's motion to vacate a set-aside order on the grounds that issue of notice defect in the original foreclosure proceeding involved an independent question of state law not properly before it.
