In an application for an order compelling discovery for use in a foreign proceeding, 28 U.S.C. Section 1782, involving the attorney-client privilege and arising from an environmental class-action, judgment of the district court is reversed where the presence of filmmakers prevented the attorney-client privilege from attaching subject communications.
