In a dispute involving the appropriate interpretation of a forum selection clause, judgment of the district court is affirmed where forum selection clause providing that exclusive jurisdiction shall lie in the appropriate courts of the "State of New Jersey" constitutes a waiver of the right to remove an action to the federal district courts of New Jersey.
