United States Third Circuit

Sentencing of defendant to 120 months imprisonment followed by three years of supervised release for possession of a stolen firearm, 18 U.S.C. section 922(j), and application of a four-level enhancement pursuant to U.S.S.G. section 2K2.1(b)(6) is vacated where district court erred in its determination of what constitutes relevant conduct for purposes of sentencing.
