Williams v. Beard, 07-9002

Conviction and sentencing of defendant for first degree murder are affirmed where all challenges raised in habeas petition are without merit, including claims that: 1) counsel was ineffective; 2) the state exercised its peremptory strikes in a racially discriminatory manner; and 3) accomplice liability instructions by trial court were improper.
