Anselma Crossing LP v. US Postal Service, 10-2307
In a contractual dispute between plaintiff and the United States Postal Services (USPS) regarding the lease of real property, dismissal of complaint by district court for lack of subject matter jurisdiction is affirmed because the Contract Disputes Act of 1978 bars breach of contract and essentially contractual claims against the USPS in the district courts of the United States.
