Disabled In Action of PA v. Southeastern PA Transp. Auth., 09-3964
In a disability access suit alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. section 12101 (ADA) and the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. section 794 (RA), summary judgment in favor of plaintiffs is affirmed over defendant's claims that certain regulations issued by the Department of Transportation implementing the ADA establish that it was not required to make those portions of its facilities handicapped-accessible.
