Lambert v. Beard, 07-9005
In a habeas corpus matter that has been under consideration for over twenty-eight years, the judgment of the District Court dated July 24, 2007 is vacated and remand this matter remanded to the District Court, which is directed to conditionally grant the petition for a writ of habeas corpus. If, within 120 days of the date of this Opinion and Order, the Commonwealth fails to retry petitioner, he shall be released.
