Conviction of bank fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 1344, receipt of child pornography and possession of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 2252A(a)(5)(B), are affirmed over claims that the district court erred in denying defendant's motion to suppress evidence. Defendant has waived right to appeal of resultant sentence.
