United States Third Circuit
US v. Pierce, 09-3865
In a conviction of defendant for possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine, district court's denial of defendant's motion to suppress is affirmed as, the narcotics dog's interior sniffs, as a natural migration from his initial exterior sniffs, did not constitute a search requiring a warrant or probable cause.
