Defendant's conviction for possession of a firearm by a felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. sections 922(g)(1) and 924(e)(1) is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err in denying defendant's motion to suppress the gun as both a stop and limited search of defendant were constitutionally proper; 2) the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying defendant's motion to disclose an informant's identity; and 3) there was substantial evidence from which the jury could have found that the gun had traveled in interstate commerce.
